EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — A Chattanooga attorney has been charged with assault after an affidavit says he tried to fight people outside of home in East Ridge on Tuesday.
Hamilton County deputies were called to a home on Haisten Court around 6:18 p.m. after complaints of a fight.
