Chattanooga man facing charges after throwing ‘crack pipe’ on police car

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man is facing charges after Chattanooga Police say he was driving under the influence and threw away a “crack pipe” on the hood of a patrol car.

Early this morning, Chattanooga Police Department responded to a crash in the 800 block of North Orchard Knob Avenue.
