CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Less than a week after he was arrested for assault, an arrest report says a Chattanooga attorney is facing new charges after waking his neighbors with a flashlight and punching one of them in the face.
The arrest report says an officer responded to an assault call on Palisades Road just after 7 a.m.
