Day Shift September 26: B Squad
25-010180 – 800 BLK McHann Drive – Assault/Fight Supplemental – Two people reported being the victims of an alleged assault by three suspects on the previous evening. During the incident, one reported the subjects engaged her and her sister in their driveway with several other parties, forcing her to defend herself. They provided video of the incident, which they received from some other parties; however, it was not clear as to who was the primary aggressor. The caller also reported being sprayed with mace and being struck with brass knuckles during the altercation. They also reported a man who one has an order of protection against was present during the altercation, however, his visage was not present during the video filming only his voice as advised by the sisters. When asked why they did not return the police’s attempts at contacting them on the phone from the previous evening and waiting approximately twelve hours to report the incident, they claimed they were both covered in mace.
