EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — A 19-year-old faces first degree murder charges after police say he shot 2 men while trying to rob them of a pound and a half of marijuana.
The incident happened back on August 25th at the Newcastle Apartments on Roper Street, just north of the Tennessee state line in East Ridge.
