Charges for 15-year-old upgraded after victim in Chattanooga shooting dies from injuries

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A 15-year-old boy in Chattanooga just had his charges upgraded after a 35-year-old man police say he shot last month died from his injuries.

Police have not named the suspect, but now say he faces second-degree murder charges.
