EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — The East Ridge Police Department says they’re looking for a 2nd suspect in a shooting that killed 1 man and paralyzed another.
The shooting happened back on August 25th at the Newcastle Apartments on Roper Street, just north of the Tennessee state line in East Ridge.
An affidavit says arriving officers found one man dead, shot to the head, and another man with several gunshot wounds.
An ambulance took that second victim to the hospital, where the affidavit says the victim was paralyzed from the shooting…
