CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga man is facing charges after an arrest report says he set his apartment on fire and tried to blame it on another occupant.
On October 11th, the report says the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to Mary Walker Towers for an automatic fire alarm.
