RINGGOLD, Ga. (WDEF) — Ringgold’s Festival of Flags will raise over 2,000 American flags and memorial crosses to honor fallen soldiers who called Catoosa County home.
The display is a biannual festival in Ringgold, starting in May to commemorate Memorial Day, then again in November for Veterans Day.
Next month’s Festival of Flags will begin on November 3 and run through November 17…
