CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Families across Chattanooga are invited to celebrate Halloween with free community events happening at local recreation centers next week.
The City of Chattanooga’s Department of Community Development is hosting a series of family-friendly celebrations that include trick-or-treating, games, music, and festive fun. Each event is designed to give kids a safe place to enjoy the holiday while connecting with their neighbors.
