25-011415- 1100 Spring Creek Road- Disorder/Arrest – The Spring Creek Elementary School Crossing Guard reported a man running in and out of traffic, making obscene gestures to vehicles, and grabbing children to cross the road. Police located the suspect, but he refused to identify himself and stated he had permission to be the crossing guard, which he did not.
