Chattanooga mother arrested after SUV flips on its side with children inside, police say

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A Chattanooga mother is facing a long list of charges after police say her SUV flipped on its side with four children trapped inside.

It happened around 6:20 p.m. Saturday on Union Avenue, where officers and firefighters arrived to find a Chevrolet Traverse lying on its driver’s side.
