On November 12, 2025, the Chattanooga Land Bank Authority began construction on its first affordable home in the Alton Park neighborhood of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The project is located on Oakland Avenue and is a partnership with Wind River Built, a Tennessee-based modular home builder. The property was donated to Wind River Built as part of the Land Bank’s affordable housing program.
