TBI: Man shot & killed by law enforcement in Marion County during homicide investigation

SEQUATCHIE COUNTY, Tenn. — A man wanted in a homicide case was shot and killed by deputies late Monday in Marion County after investigators say he pointed a gun at them during a standoff.

It began around 8:45 p.m., when Sequatchie County deputies were working a homicide scene at a home off Dandy Road.
