CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man is in custody after Chattanooga police say they saw him shooting at a car in a parking lot, get away in another car, and crash it a few streets away early Sunday morning.
A release from the Chattanooga Police Department says officers within the vicinity of the 1400 block of Rossville Avenue heard shots fired just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
That release says the officers went quickly to the scene and saw a man shooting at car in a parking lot. They detained that man, then learned another, Joshua Maddox, had also fired shots before driving away with another person in the car…
