CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Viewers in Chattanooga are raising concerns about a group of dogs reportedly kept chained in the woods.
We confirmed from the McKamey Animal Center on Monday that they are investigating the matter.
The dogs are located at a vacant lot at 2124 Jenkins Road, just south of Shallowford Road.
