CLOUDY AND CHILLY FRIDAY
Rain should being to move in from the west by late afternoon and into the early evening. For most locally this will be a cold and wet night. But, for higher elevations of the Plateau north of Chattanooga there could be a period of a wintry mix as the precipitation moves in. Temperatures at those locations will be near 32, so please be aware of potential slippery travel near Crossville and along/north of I-40.
The remainder of our viewing area should stay well above freezing through the night in the upper 30s. Rain should quickly taper off first thing Friday Morning…
