CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — If you have been to Miller Park recently, you may have noticed the grove of brightly lit Christmas trees filling the lawn.
It is all part of the third annual Festive Forest, a holiday display organized by the Better Business Bureau, EPB, Chattanooga Parks and Outdoors, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
