Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) Technical Crimes Unit, with the assistance of the Bradley County (TN) Sheriff’s Department, have arrested a Tennessee man following an online enticement investigation.
The investigation began earlier this year when 54-year old Dillon Summers, of Cleveland, Tennessee contacted what he believed to be a 13-year-old female. The person he contacted online was actually an undercover Nebraska State Patrol investigator. In the subsequent online conversations, Summer discussed sexual acts.
