CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The chairman for the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority’s (CARTA) board of directors told city council members Tuesday that they needed to change their view of public transit moving forward.
His criticism comes as CARTA announced that they’ve received federal funding to replace aging vehicles and invest in their Care-A-Van service.
