CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Students at East Brainerd Elementary now have a place to play, thanks to a new wheelchair-accessible swing installed on the school playground.
Cecilia Perry, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, struggled to use playground equipment before the swing was added.
