CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The state of Tennessee earned an ‘incomplete’ grade from the Tennessee Disability Coalition for its 2025 scorecard.
This year marks the fourth-year the coalition has graded the state on several different factors, including education, aging, mental health access, and housing.
