EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — A jogger told East Ridge police a man shouted belligerent remarks, threw bottles, and aimed a laser sight near his feet moments before he heard a gunshot along the Camp Jordan walking trail, according to a newly released police affidavit.
The suspect in this case turned himself in on Monday, and we’re learning more about the incident from the suspect’s online police affidavit.
