ROCK SPRING, Ga. — A 2 year old boy who was shot on Christmas Day in Rock Spring was injured in an accidental shooting, and authorities say they will not file charges against his parents.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) announced the findings Wednesday after finishing a review of the incident.
