EAST RIDGE, Tn — An East Ridge woman is now facing arson charges after the East Ridge Fire Department says they found smoke coming from inside her apartment Sunday night.
Upon arriving at the scene first responders say the woman identified as Lisa shirley refused to let them enter her apartment.
