CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — As the new year begins, a foster care agency serving our viewing area is asking families to consider opening their homes to children in need.
Youth Villages, a nonprofit that works with children and young people facing emotional, mental and behavioral challenges, says their greatest need right now is for foster parents in rural counties surrounding Chattanooga.
