Chattanooga city council urges public input in Northgate Mall’s transformation

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Chattanooga city council members are now urging the Industrial Development Board to factor public input into redevelopment plans that could transform Northgate Mall into a walkable town center.

This comes after the council approved a special tax district or ‘TIF’ for the mall last month.
