After nearly three years in foster care, a young boy in Tennessee has finally found his forever family. Khaza David Koon was officially adopted just before Christmas in a Hamilton County courtroom by Anna and Brenden Koon, who’d been caring for him since he was two weeks old.
The couple began fostering children nearly five years ago through the Chambliss Center for Children, offering short-term care while families worked toward reunification.
