CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga pastor has been sentenced after pleading guilty to an $1.8 million COVID-19 employment fraud scheme, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
The DOJ says 36-year-old Ricky Lee Taylor was sentenced on Thursday in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
