Life Sentences for Four Convicted in Chickamauga Halloween Murder Following Digital Evidence Trail

Four individuals involved in a deadly shooting on Halloween in 2024 have been handed life sentences. Marcus Allen Chambers, James Logan Darty, Kayla Michelle McClure, and Brayden Niri Whatley were found guilty by a Walker County jury for their roles in the murder of Dakota Bottomlee, according to FOX5 Atlanta.

The investigation unfolded a tale of a planned robbery turned fatal. Deputies who arrived at the scene on October 31, 2024, discovered a chaotic scene, with evidence indicating strived to fight back against his attackers.
