CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A major riverfront development in Chattanooga just got a big financial boost.
Hilco Global announced Tuesday it has provided a $47.5 million loan to support the next phase of The Bend, a large mixed use development along the Tennessee River near downtown Chattanooga.
