26-000646 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Arrest – An officer spotted a black Toyota driving in the area of homicide suspect Cyntoria Simmons’ house. The same vehicle had been observed in her driveway earlier in the morning and was found to be registered to her mother. A traffic stop was then conducted, and Simmons was interviewed by CID before being taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and transported to jail.
