Chattanooga’s stunning historic train terminal that made up a portion of the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel property has been listed for sale. The listing by Berkeley Capital Advisors says the property is worth $1.3 million, according to a story on News Channel 9. Berkeley has not confirmed the price, which can only be seen on the website by people who have accounts there.
In 2023, the hotel portion of the property was renovated and renamed The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo. The restored property includes the property’s famous train-car hotel rooms.
The ornate terminal station with a gorgeous glass dome hovering 85 feet above the floor, previously served as the hotel’s lobby and included shops and restaurants.
