Erlanger Park, the future home of the Chattanooga Lookouts, remains on schedule to open this April as construction continues in the South Broad district.
The stadium is being built with the support of Erlanger Hospital and five founding partners as part of a broader effort to revitalize the South Broad area.
Developers say Erlanger Park is designed to be more than a baseball stadium. Plans include several unique spaces, highlighted by a 40,000 square foot climate controlled event venue.
Construction crews reached another milestone this week as one of the modular units that will house the Chattanooga Lookouts team store was lifted into place by crane.
