CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WHNT) — The Tennessee Valley Authority said it’s making progress on plans for a new hydro plant in Jackson County, Alabama.
This comes as TVA officials tell News 19 that they are making multi-billion-dollar investments in their power grid.
