NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Board of Parole has finalized its decision to deny parole in the case of a Soddy Daisy woman convicted in the death of a Chattanooga police officer.
The board completed its independent review of Janet Hinds’ parole case and voted to decline her release, according to the Tennessee Board of Parole. Four concurring votes were required to reach a final decision.
