HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Health officials are warning Hamilton County residents after identifying an unexpected increase in Shiga toxin-producing E. coli cases linked to the consumption of raw milk.
The Hamilton County Health Department says several STEC cases reported in 2026 are associated with people who consumed unpasteurized milk.
