The 22nd Annual Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss Celebration will take place on Saturday, February 28, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cleveland State Community College campus. Families can enjoy face painting, crafts, music, and activities, with appearances by Dr. Seuss characters.
