Kimberly Denise Pelfrey, 56 of Whitwell, TN, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was found with an assortment of drugs near the intersection of Maple Road and East 18th Street.
Reports said that during a traffic stop, Pelfrey was found with Amphetamine pills and a glass smoking device.
Officers added that Pelfrey refused to place her hands behind her back while pulling away in an attempt to prevent being handcuffed…
