Chattanooga community helping TSA agents who are working without pay during shutdown

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Smiles at the security checkpoint are still there, but the paychecks are not.

As the federal government shutdown stretches on, the Chattanooga Airport is asking the community to step in and support TSA officers working without pay.

Airport officials posted on Facebook that they are collecting grocery and gas gift cards to help local TSA employees as the shutdown continues…
