Grand jury to hear case of Sequatchie County teacher charged with assaulting student

SEQUATCHIE COUNTY, Tenn. — A case in Sequatchie County involving a teacher charged with assaulting a student that has stretched on for nearly a year is now headed to a grand jury.

A judge ruled this week that the case against former teacher Holly Condra will move forward, sending it to a grand jury after months of court proceedings.

Condra is charged with assaulting an elementary school student with special needs, as we previously reported.
