CHICKAMAUGA, Ga. — The now former Mayor of Chickamauga has agreed to resign from his position after a superior court upheld the Chickamauga city council’s vote to remove him.
That vote was based on an internal investigation into allegations of misconduct.
A public hearing was held ahead of the vote.
