HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – Saturday evening, Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management (HCOEM) agencies respond to another hiking accident at 6:00 p.m. on Cumberland Trail.
According to HCOEM, a group of hikers called 9-1-1 reporting another hiker had sustained a traumatic injury to his ankle, reporting that a large rock had fallen and crushed it.
They told rescue personnel the injured party needed help getting out of the woods…
