CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A 17-year-old was shot Monday night in Chattanooga after someone opened fire from a vehicle, police say.
Now, a 16-year-old boy who police say was involved in the incident is in custody and facing charges, but police have not charged anyone specifically with shooting the teen.
