ICE agents in Chattanooga charge El Salvador man with repeated illegal reentry to US

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Federal immigration authorities in Chattanooga have filed a criminal complaint against a Salvadoran national accused of illegally reentering the United States after multiple prior deportations, according to court documents.

The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, alleges that Hector Antonio Amaya Flores violated federal law by returning to the U.S. from El Salvador without permission after being previously removed.
