HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Hamilton County man is facing charges after an affidavit says he was exchanging discounted vapes for explicit photos of an 8th-grade student on Snapchat.
The affidavit says Hamilton County deputies spoke with a group of eighth-grade students who reported that they were communicating with a 22-year-old man through Snapchat.
