HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Hamilton County leaders are now laying out exactly where they want to fix traffic problems.
After proposing to shift money away from the Hilltop Drive extension, commissioners have released a list of road projects they may soon vote on to ease congestion in Ooltewah and surrounding areas.
