Man accused of fatally shooting maintenance worker after argument

ROSSVILLE, Ga. (WKRC) – A man was arrested after he allegedly shot and killed a maintenance worker following an argument.

According to WTVC, James Richard Nowlin was taken into custody after deputies reportedly found a man dead in the front yard of a home after receiving a report of a shooting.

Per the report, deputies with the Walker County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home in Rossville, Georgia, at around 9 p.m. Friday after receiving the report.
