Tennessee Division of Forestry stops issuing burn permits through 12th over wildfire risks

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — The Tennessee Division of Forestry has announced that burn permits will not be issued through April 12th due to increased wildfire dangers.

Right now, a permit is required in order to legally burn debris in Tennessee. That requirement lasts through May 15th.
