CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — After 10 years of service to Clumpies Ice Cream Company, the woman behind many of their flavors announced that she and her husband have bought the company from Rock City Enterprises.
Clumpies Ice Cream Company made the announcement through a blog and Facebook post on Sunday.
